As mentioned above, Amanda Shepherd was by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Every time we looked at homes during our search she was taking notes. Every question that we had, she had an answer. It didn't take her long to find exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I "highly recommend" contacting Amanda if you are looking to purchase a home within at least a 100 mile radius of Ames, Iowa and maybe even farther. She knows her job extremely well and will go above and beyond any expectations you may have of a real estate agent. Mille gratzie as the Italians would say and that means "a million thank you's". Great job Amanda!

Jennifer was the best!!!! Glad I sent an email requesting a new agent. She looks out for you and makes you rate the houses she shows you. She wants you to be happy with you decision on the house you want. She is not pushy, nor does she try to sway you decision. I would recommend Jennifer to any person buying a house. She is very personable and loves what she does.
