Had several issues from the start.Wrong offer on new purchase twice.
Had to call multiple times to get things done.
Felt like he was working more for our seller and buyer of our house than for us.

We only toured 2 houses. In both cases, I gave ideas of how I thought the properties could be improved. It's like I wasn't there. She was very glad to give her opinion but ignored my interest.

Vinette was amazing. She was so helpful and got to know us to find something that worked for our family. When we finally found a house we loved and knew would move quickly, she was actually out of state with a family member in the hospital, but she made a showing happen, and then wrote up the offer same day! She was so supportive and checked in with me just about life and my family, as well as home buying process.
