Help out on homes within our price range as well as costs per square foot, but making the choices of older homes with needed repairs and safety issues that were required, the act of opening optional items in the required repairs options as estimated costs ranges left some unknown discoveries that would exceed actual total cost in the range of $30,000.00 on top of the asking prices, help us to look more to newer homes.

Tracy Hagan was a fantastic realtor. After talking to a couple im definitely glad i stuck it out with her. Shes a real go-getter! Quick to repond to my questions and give me her hinest opinion.
