A formidable experience.I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Patrick Lum, the level of professionalism and diligence surpasses expectations. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with Patrick and knew instantly that he was the one for this process, as knowledge was evident during initial interactions. He is honest and hands-on (he even went out of his way to help through answering questions I had, which were beyond the realtor's responsibilities to answer), and he really helped to take the pressure off of the experience.Very flexible, I never felt forced to make an offer and when finally found the "one" Patrick walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting the necessary communication with the sellers to maximize chances of a smooth process. I recommend this organization and Patrick's services to anyone reading this, if things go as they went with me (and most likely they will), you won't regret it. Deborah is AMAZING!! We had very specific criteria in looking for a home and she was patient and helpful in finding us the perfect home for our family. We were home shopping in FL, from OH, so we relied heavily on her expertise and knowledge of the area. Deborah was always helpful and went above and beyond to make this experience as stress free as possible. She never pressured us or made us feel rushed. Even after closing on our home, Deborah has reached out to ensure we were settling in ok and had all of the contacts we needed to set up our new lives in FL. I would recommend Deborah to anyone looking for a home in this area. I truly cannot say enough positive things about her!!

Aldo deCola is the best real estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. He did not waste my time looking at homes that did not fit my parameters. Nor did he show me homes that would not pass Veterans United standards in order to secure the loan. Aldo was there with me every step of the way and strongly represented me as a buyer. Highly skilled, highly knowledgeable and very in tune with my home purchase needs. A great professional in the real estate business and an asset to Berkshire Hathaway.

Morgan did her best to show us the homes we thought we wanted to see, and when we ran into issues she didn’t try to sugar coat things just to make a sale. She was patient and willing to show us as many houses as it took to find our home. When we did find the one, she was quick to get our offer in, negotiated our terms, and secured our sale quickly. She was amazing to work with, from start to finish!

my greatest experience I've had by far. My previous agent was no proactive at all. Tony had my best interest and was with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone needing a house. His son went with me on a couple of showings and was great. 5 star service. We need more agent like Tony and his sons. Great job guys!
