Bobby Archuleta was our real estate agent and him and his team performed at a satisfactory level. He was quick to return my calls and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions.The only gripe I have was his style of showing houses. The market was peaking and Bobby would multi task in the kitchen while my wife and I browsed the homes by ourselves. I understand that this is an agent preference to not seem pushy but with this being our first home purchase I would have appreciated him touring the home with us and maybe pointing out things we didn't know to look for.Overall we were happy but there is always room for improvement.

Jenny was an absolute joy to work with. She worked tirelessly at all hours of the day and night to help us find our new home. She provided us with great advice throughout the entire home buying process. We had a hurricane hit our area the week of our closing that devastated thousands in our area with damage and wide-spread power outages. And somehow with no power, no internet, tons of businesses being closed, and no hope of being able to close and move into our home on our original timeline, she made it happen! I don't know how and honestly didn't believe it was even possible. Yet, somehow, she was able to work around all those insurmountable problems and got us moved into our home like nothing ever happened. My family and I are extremely grateful for all the hard work and perseverance Jenny committed to finding and getting us in our new house. Thank you, Jenny and Butch!

Jason is go-getter! He has a lot of experience and an assertive way of taking on things that really helped us fight to get the home we wanted, especially during bidding wars. As first-time home buyers, he showed patience in breaking things down for us so we could understand them and also answered all the questions we had, keeping in constant communication. He does everything he can to make sure were satisfied; if there's any misunderstandings, he makes it his priority to get things right. Overall, hes extremely responsible, knowledgeable, and a fighter to get you the house you want at the right price! He also has many connections and an influential panache about him that gives him that intangible edge over other buyers you're competing with in bids. highly recommend!

Karen Walls was my agent and she was very friendly and patient with me while we went out looking at different homes. She made it a lot of fun. No stress, very laid back and I learned a lot about homes, what to look for and what to avoid. She used her skills of persuasion to convince the seller and her agent to accept my offer over all the others, because I am a veteran. Mrs. Hill was amazing!!!! The best realtor I’ve had! Mrs. Hill would answer her phone, morning, noon, or night to ensure I found my second purchase. She explained the numbers on the home we were selling and the home we purchased. She walked us through everything. I mostly admired her work ethic and her attention to detail when ensuring we understood everything. I’d use Mrs. Hill again and would refer her to family and friends as well.

She is an amazing person and makes sure that you not only get the house that you want but helps you find lenders or even answers questions that you have about your home at any time and very fast and effective in communication.
