-Was incapable or showed challenges showing properties (going up or/down stairs).
-Never prepped or showed knowledge or education before entering the homes prior to visits, resulting to clients being guided to unsafe locations or bad environments.
Forcing clients to show themselves. Took clients to unsafe environments. Withheld vital information pertained to VA policies and procedures, resulting customers wasting alot of time & money.
Did not comply with request of client regarding location,size & structures desires,resulting to alot of frustration & multiple request for replacement and/or overall potential termination.

Simply didnt like her. Think she was there for the seller and after 3 appointments that I sat in a hot car because she was late and last time finally sent her kid, I felt a little disrespected. Oh well. It all worked out great but thought I would at least get a thank you from her

Nathan Sewell was an outstanding Agent , answered every phone call no matter the hour , went above and beyond showing the family and I properties and offered expert advise on some of the more difficult issues . I will be using Nathan in the future for any of my real estate needs He works extremely well with veterans and is dedicated to his job.

Paul was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and seemed like he always had our interests as his top priority. He was always quick to respond, schedule showings, etc. I felt very comfortable working with him as a first time home buyer.
