She didn’t seem to be looking out for my best interests. I talked to her about this repeatedly because I thought she was just pushing me along. She constantly compared the things wrong with the house I liked as not as bad as her own house, where it seemed like she wasn’t present for me, but somewhere else. She didn’t seem to have very good notes either, as she totally seemed to forget things that were discussed, then we had to redo paperwork to get it corrected. I was frustrated with the process and I don’t want to take that out on her, it would be nice if she talked less and listened more to clients. I’m sure it was her way of helping you feel better about making decisions, but I felt that she blew off concerns I had about a huge purchase in my life.

During an uptick in the market and properties having quick turn over. Nicole was still able to help me navigate and guide me to my purchase. Her integrity was second to none when giving me an honest assessment of the three properties we reviewed. This was a remote purchase due to the restrictions of Covid in Maine. She went above and beyond to get all the little extras done and in negotiating with a seller. The seller was sometimes leary in the process and Nicole patiently solved all the issues. No one could ask for a better cheerleader on their side. Thank you!

Duston Obermeyer was the best. He quickly figured out what we were looking for and catered to that. He didn't show us houses that were run down or old outdated and over priced. He found our home quickly he even beat Laura to the punch as she was searching all the real-estate apps every 5 minutes for weeks! He was a pleasure to work with and it helped he is also a Marine Veteran.

Sue Roberts was on top of every request I made and many times she worked well into the late hours. She went well beyond any service I expect from a real estate agent. There was absolutely no opportunity left unexplored by Sue. Sue was absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with and there have been many. Thank you Sue....your effort was much appreciated.

Miss Miranda was patient to the extreme. I have never seen someone with such a high level of patience in my whole life... I have never met a real estate agent before, but I can certainly say that Miss Miranda is on another level. She's very passionate about her job and extremely competent! I can't say enough about how helpful Sarah was in helping us navigate the process of buying a home in a state without physically seeing it - talk about scary. Irene was a fantastic agent with witch to work. She understood that it was out first home and geared everything in that direction. She was constantly giving us advise on little things that could be improved around the house and future plans. She made sure that we were kept in the loop during the entire process.
