I did not get all the keys to my home soon as the closing was settled. I received the key from the lockbox as my primary key to my home due to the sellers agent being out of town and my agent texting me the lockbox code. The final home buying experience was extremely disappointing, this should have been planned better but hey I am only a first time buyer so what do I know.

She was very responsive in the beginning, seemed very enjoyable when veiwing houses. Unfortunately circumstances seemed to veer out of my favor when I attempted to purchase a house that she was also the selling realtor for. Towards the end it seemed hard to get in contact with her and communication on who to talk to became murky. I believe her intentions were in the right place but it seemed like alot of pushback was received instead of insight when discussing the process for making an offer. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home that is in my price range.

The Logan’s (our MD Real Estate Agents) were phenomenal. I would rate them a perfect 10. On the VA side, things got a little rocking toward the end. This brought the overall score down four points.

I cannot say enough to compliment Sara...10+! She was an incredibly helpful guide through this process. This was my third home buying experience and by far the best. I did not know a real estate agent could be this helpful and insightful. Whether it was questions about comps, neighborhoods, plats, documents...and more documents, she was either already ahead of it or had an answer in extremely short amount of time. Most highly recommended!

Mark Friedman was excellent to work with. He was very helpful -- particularly during the priced negotiation phase when we discovered that the seller's agent was behaving unethically. Mark helped us navigate this situation. Mark was very good at explaining all the steps in the process and even helped with the final inspection.

He showed me multiple houses. It wasn't easy buying in this market because houses were going for well over asking price but he stayed with us and found us the house we wanted.
