Everything with my agent was great until the end of the process. Receiving keys didn't happen until the day after closing. I know I was told at least twice during during this that I should receive my keys at closing. It would be great if that had been the case. Maybe it's a procedural thing, but it made it very anti-climactic.

I regret I used this agent. She was not looking out for my best interest. Little things, like reusing the survey, not needed attorney, I figured out on my own, not with her. She did not show up to closing. Havent' heard a word from her since the morning of closing informing me she was not going bc she had cold symptoms. No follow up, no congratulation . No nothing. Its crazy the comission she is getting, for what little she did.

Sharon Carroll is basically a part of our family now. Sharon went out of her way in a really, really tough market to help us buy when we just couldn't be there. We leaned on Sharon for her knowledge and expertise. Sharon advised us on so much, and she didn't lead us astray. Seriously, my wife and I love Sharon. No one could've helped us as much. Sharon is patient, thoughtful, caring, and just fantastic.

Kylie has been fantastic! She has been patient and kind with us for our first home buying experience. She is very knowledgable and quick to answer questions. If we had a question she didn't know the answer to, she found out the answer and got back to us immediately.

Amanda Cruz was the best!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about her! I was in one state and she was the the other state where the purchase was to be made and she did everything I asked and then some. Absolutely could t have asked for a better agent!!!
