Do not recommend. He changed the amount for an offer and did not put what we discussed. I did notice it but we had to get the offer in. He added 5,000 to what i had spoken to him about... he did show us a lot of homes.... but was slow in response some days. Overall i would not recommend to a new home buyer

Erik and Gladys are a great team. They were there every step of the way as we looked at several homes until we found one that met our family's needs. Their company paid for the home inspection. Through Erik's connections we were able to find a company to change our locks and conduct a pest inspection in a timely manner. Overall, they are a great team that felt more like family. Erik is great at his craft and knows every detail about the homes that he shows buyers. Gladys knows how to negotiate and was able to assist us in locking in our new home.

We cannot say enough good things about working with Benny and Angela! It’s not often you find Real Estate Agents that genuinely care about you and we were very fortunate to find that with Benny and Angela. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We knew they had our best interests at heart. From last minute trips to look at houses or FaceTiming us during walk-throughs, they were always available and willing to help with whatever we needed!

Overall Bob was great. Being that the majority of the business was done through virtual or by phone so I wasn’t able to get that face to face time aspect as far as buying the house and going back and forth. Once we arrived Bob was there and ensured all of our expectations were met. This being our first experience in buying a home, at the end Bob met all of our expectations.
