Felt like she was just there for the commission. Yeah I get everyone has to get paid. Once we got our keys the seller was still moving. I didn’t understand that at all

Very nice lady; however, was late to almost every showing, canceled a showing on me 2 minutes before the appointment time even though I was already there waiting for her, never answered my calls, would respond to texts hours later, didn’t have accurate information when showing homes, consistently gave me incorrect information during closing process, would have to ask her multiple times for things and never got them, and favored sellers during dual representation.

Sheila Magee went above and beyond. In the midst of a pandemic, she took time to get to know my wife and I and what we were looking for in a house. She visited several for us, taking video and using Facetime for homes we were interested in because we could not make the out of state trip. Sheila always updated me on what steps were coming next, explaining them clearly, and sending documents promptly - so promptly that we were actually able to close early. Sheila wants to see people find the home that is right for them, and takes joy in that. I highly recommend.

We were really lucky to have Amanda as our real estate agent. She was patient and understanding to our needs/wants during the house hunting of our new home until closing. She was knowledgeable and got things done quickly. Her calm demeanor and personality made our experience enjoyable. Amanda was attentive and made sure we were happy and did not hesitated to advocate in our behalf when needed. We appreciated her explaining forms needing our signature in detail so we understood what we were signing!

Ruby Lugo was great! I had to find and purchase the home remotely due to Covid and my PCS situation. That being said she went the extra mile, providing me with detailed videos and insight/advice for all of the properties that we looked at, and there were quite a few. When my family came down to look at a few houses she was very welcoming and they really enjoyed the experience. I will be referring her to others that I know are PCSing to this area. Thank you for recommending her to me.

Debbie Pimentel was absolutely the best. She always looked out for our best interest, even if it was disadvantages for her. She also has a thorough knowledge of home construction. And pointed out things that we didn’t see, as well as things that could be a problem if we were to buy the home. I would recommend her to any veteran.

I know Jerome doesn't like for me to say this but I love the guy. The man knows his market and will help get the best deal in a ultra competitive market. He will never push you into any home. He wants to find your forever home. He always listened to my concerns and keep the lines of communication open.

Melissa took me everywhere I asked and let me know the circumstances of each house. We spoke probably 4-5 times a day. Sometimes more some less. But She always was very quick to respond with excellent guidance. She is a real blessing and I will recommend her to anyone I know who looks to buy or sell.
