He always answered the phones or would message me back immediately when He wasn't available to answer the phone. I also had no trouble contacting him on weekends or outside of normal business hours which wasn't expected. He was very informative and I wasn't left in the dark regarding anything.

Joe was there, and in our cyberspace every step of the way leading up to handing us the keys to our beautiful dream home. Joe was on top of every detail, and coordinated with our loan team, the sellers agent, and us seamlessly. We never felt out-of-the-loop during this whole experience. We went thru a total of 4 realtors. First one was loud and abrasive. The second one only wanted to show us houses on Tuesday evening or weekends. We lost out on 3 potential homes because of him.The third one didn't fight for us when the house under appraised,
the last one we had was Dave Sheppard from Ring realtor. He was also amazing, he was in it to win it for us!!!!!! I was always updating us with every step of the process.I would work with Dave and Matt again if or when we decide to refi and more move again.

She was totally honest, kept us in the loop all the time, did the right amount of hand holding, got an amazing deal for the sale of the house, and made sure every single step of our home purchase went smoothly, despite obstacles tossed in by the interesting sellers.
