Terry Burks was the definition of the ideal real Estate agent. He was very real with us. He let us know what to look for and clearly had no hidden agendas. He prioritizes the relationship and perspective of the buyer over the competition of the sale. Terry was the extremely healthy foundation that led to our family getting the best home and best loan scenario the market could give. Jerry Cunningham is truly a blessing. He fought tooth and nail for us and went up to bat every single time we needed him. He definitely hit a home run with this one. My agent is the man! He would give me new houses to look at everyday until we had an offer accepted. He went way out of his way to make sure I was getting everything I needed and he was there no matter what time to look at houses for me and coordinate with the selling agent to make sure we had a smooth transition.

I give hime a 10 out of 10 as well. He has a great skill in the field. Always ready to look at different houses and tell you what he thinks. He is fast at responding to calls and text messages. He will keep you updated about every houses that match with what you want. I also love his honesty.
