Could have helped me negotiate better terms. My first home was a mess when I moved in... Would have been better if I got keys at closing, if previous occupant was out prior to final walk through.

Arlene is the most incredible realtor I have every worked with. She’s patient and kind. It took me several months to find the right house and she worked tirelessly for my family. She never pressured me into a house and even pointed out safety concerns for my twin toddlers (even down to pulling out of driveways safely). She was available day and night and she was amazing with my boys (she loves kids and is so patient no matter how much they ran around). Words can’t express my gratitude to this amazing woman. She has made myself and my family happy homeowners. She found my forever home and she worked hard getting me the best deal possible. I hope to send more buyers her way because they will be taken care of day or night. Thanks so much for all your work and dedication to my family!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience using Greg as our real estate agent. This was our first home purchase and we went through our entire home buying process from a different state. Greg was very patient with us and probably answered hundreds of our questions. He was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, and I appreciated how respectful he was when it came to the six-hour timezone difference. We were six hours behind Virginia time and he made sure not to call us too early in the morning (10am in VA is 4am where we live). He would also take/return our calls even after normal working hours (Thank you, Greg!!). Overall, Greg showed outstanding customer service and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We would definitely use him again!

Jamie was very patient with us. In a matter of two days she had won us over. Treating us like long lost friends. She was highly motivated and very professional and understood exactly what we needed and wanted in a home. I don't think ten represents her drive and determination to find us a home. She is a natural born real estate agent and a true 100 percent real lady. If I could I would give her a rating of 100%. Great person and a great real estate agent.

Amy was always quick to help. She would not let us wait more than a few hours to respond (Dawn would even step in and send a message out if the wait time was going to be a bit... constant communication is key!) She was always friendly and smiling, even while giving up her personal time, and Amy never once tried to sell us on something that would not realistically work for our family.

Sue was awesome! She was my "voice of reasoning." I would pick out what was "pretty" and then she would tell me everything that was wrong with it hahaha. I laugh, but that was actually a good thing. I didn't want to buy something then have to sell my kidney to fix it. I truly believed that she always had MY best interest as her first priority
