Suggested agents by Veterans United are not familiar with the area for selling, buying and documents for real estate in counties they service. My agent was very personable and friendly, however no homes were suggested to view. I selected homes to see after my own thorough research. Overall she was fair, however I would not recommend her.

Used two agents for MN selling and FL buying. Both agents were absolutely terrible. We put my wifes home on the market first and the agent lack of knowledge caused a delay in sale and showings. She over priced the house, took no professional photos and terrible communication. The agent informed us a week later she did not have comps to support the price of the house. We fired her and went with a different agent I have used in the past. He was able to sell the house in 2 days.Floriday agent was responsive in the begining. When we set up a date to come down and look at homes he was available, but did not do any reseach for us and only showed us a few homes we had favorited in the mls. When I did find a home I liked I called him and asked him to put a site on scene offer since the homes were going so fast in Dunedin FL. He took his own sweet time doing it, but we did get the home. When we flew down for the inspection we made arrangements to see the house the day before the inspection. He did not show up for the showing, luckily the home owner was here to let us see the house we just bought. The agent discountined communication with us shortly after, along witht the other realtor and the lending company. I had to contact the listing agent and work out the details and have him send me documents to sign.After numerous phone calls, emails and text messages to my agent with failure to respond I had no choice but to terminate him via text and voice mail and had to going with the listing agent to complete the deal. I suggest you contact the listing agent a jerry landry for more information. I have never been so disappointed with two realtors in my life. I went with these realtors becuase I was supposed to get a kick back for using the companies realtors. I believe I am due compensation for both of these realtors. The FL agent did come around after I terminated him and began making up lies. He ended up getting pain as well when the listing agent did all the work. I would really appreciate a phone call from the company regarding this.

Esther Cohen Esken is a wonderful person. She was extremely helpful in providing places to look at. Unfortunately the places I wanted to see were off the market before I had the opportunity to see them. There were some scheduling issues, because everyone wanted to see the same places at the same time and due to COVID-19 that could not happen. I took this as meaning Esther did not have the time to take me to these places. She did have her niece take me to see some places due to scheduling issues which was something I was not expecting. Every broker my former spouse and I ever worked with in the past always booked viewings and took us there. Again due to COVID-19 that could not happen I had to find my own way of getting to the viewings, because I had my arm in a sling from shoulder surgery and could not drive. That issue was mine.

Great Agent!!! She always made time to show you whatever you wanted to see, and if you told her what you’re looking for she made sure she find the home close to that if she didn’t find the home you wanted. Very professional and made you feel very comfortable around her, wasn’t pushy in trying to sell you the first thing you see, have all the information on every home. She made sure she got back with you in a timely matter and kept you updated in everything and every way possible. She included you in every email to everyone. She made sure you got the right answer and if she didn’t know she got the answer for you quick. She made sure it was about you not about her!!!! A really good realtor. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! You’re the BEST!!! Very speedy and sharp in every aspect!!!

I couldn't show my appreciation enough. Jenny Taylor was the most helpful and patient person I met. The amount of time and effort she put in was amazing. I really am glad she was able to find me my dream home. I will forever be grateful because even when I thought it wasn't going to happen she stayed positive. I have this beautiful home because of her relentless prusute.

While Terry Burks did not have to do much in this deal (we knew what house we wanted and one of our first contacts with him was to ask him to put in an offer, while he was on vacation) he was still an outstanding agent (and fellow veteran) who helped get things in place to close in 20 days.
