Lucy was on point and very helpful. She never said anything about have to drive 40 minutes to come show us a house. She answered our questions when we had them and told us who to talk to for the questions she didn't have an answer for. I would HIGHLY recommend her to others.

Everything expected was available online, very easy process. I was walked through step by step. Every possible credit I was due was provided. I received a check at closing and a lower rate than quoted. I never waited on comms. I never waited on responses to my questions. this is my 6th purchase, by far the easiest and best investment.

She worked over and above to get paperwork signed even after hours. If I had a question that she didn't know the answer to, she found the answer and notified me very quickly. She even did a final walk through in my place as I wasn't able to come from OK. I enjoyed visiting with her and she was very courteous.
