At the beginning of the house search, they were on top of everything and wanted us to find a home to close on asap which is what we wanted. As the time came closer and closer to closing they were not very communicative. We needed builders paperwork over to the VA loan office and we were told “I’ll get them now” and about a week later I was getting emailed from VA loan that they have yet to receive the paperwork needed to close. I texted Skyler about the issue as well (because that’s how the majority of the communication happened) and had no response. It was very irritating because everyone was so helpful in the beginning and then once things were about to be done they just didn’t care because they knew they were getting credit for the buy.
