Our experience with Melissa was nothing short off of excellent. We originally met her by chance when she was covering for our agent due to her declining health. Right from the start, we knew Melissa was someone who was knowledgeable and experienced in the business for a long time. She was very courteous, relatable, and insightful of every property we've visited that day and believe me when I say, we've seen PLENTY of homes since we we've been searching for nearly a year! Regrettably our original agent passed away during the early days of Covid-19 and my wife had recommended we contact Melissa to become our agent based off that great one time experience we had with her. Melissa took care of us from start to finish (even with the complications of the VA loan), answered all of our questions (we've had many!), going the extra mile to get the results any new homebuyer would want, and she offered great tips or suggestions regarding future concerns homebuyers may have i.e. renovations, resale value, etc. When it comes to real estate, Melissa is truly the definition of a pro and this Marine whole heartedly recommends her for all your real estate needs.

Christina worked very hard and gave up a large amount of her commission to make this deal happen, we had doubts in the beginning about communication but she was able to makes positive changes to give us the communication we needed and help us find our forever home in Summerville SC. If I could give her 11 out of ten I would. she is a great asset for finding your mortgage customers the home that fits their vision in the Charleston SC area.

Wren was the best agent we could have ever asked for. If we wanted to see a house that day, he was on it and always ready to go when we needed him. He was always at our back if we ever had questions or had some doubts about where we were at or what we were looking for and he always had our back about the entire home buying process. We will refer everyone to him and I don’t think I’ll ever need another agent again. He was the best!
