Agent was not as helpful as she could have been especially when it came time for the home inspection portion of the process. No advice given or offered to help interpret the results and what to expect or do next if any issues with the property were noted. Not happy there.

Karla, wow... shes the perfect agent. When we went to look on houses she would tell me if the house was worth or not. There were a few houses she told me to think twice. Also, she would walk with me and my kids as she was the one buying the house. We would talk, and text always reachable. Help me get all the companies for the inspections, she would tell me what to ask and what to look when the inspection were happening. Miss Karla is a sweet lady and very knowledgeable working with the VA. If there was a higher score rating, she deserve the very high score.

Carol was an absolute pleasure to have on my side during the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, was always prepared with comps! She also made sure to provided her honest opinion regarding the properties we looked at. She knew exactly what we were looking for and even went to see the properties before we did so that we wouldn’t waste our time if it wasn’t what we were looking for. Carol was very responsive and made the entire process go by smoothly and stress free. I high recommend her services!

Jerrod was great. He was always easy to get in touch with and offered excellent advice. I never had a question he couldn't answer. When he saw something wrong he always brought it to my attention. There wasn't any point I felt he was going to mislead me. I respect that and him!
