My review on the real state agent does not reflect my opinion about Veterans United in any way. My real state agent was Jacqueline Rodriguez, and even though she was helpful on answering some of my questions at the beginning, she definitely failed to complete a good overall service for me. For example, I rarely saw or heard from her during my application process, she was late to almost all of our meetings or home showings, and the times I did meet with her, she was always in a hurry or on her phone, therefore, it was hard for me to ask her questions. Later, I did make a complaint to Jacqueline regarding her home title agent (Diane Rodriguez), since it seemed they had some kind of problem, or misunderstanding going on between them, I told her I would not recommend her as she seems to be missing some information on how to handle veteran’s files, and instead of Jacqueline handling this as a professional, she decided to ridicule me in front of her when I went to pick up my last check telling her about my complaint which I believe is very unprofessional since we are not here for this kind of negative confrontations. Lastly, by the time I closed on my home, she was not up to date on pretty much anything that had to do with my file, for example, she didn’t know anything going on with the final touches pending on the home or on missing items on the home or my application status, she seems to always be relying on the seller’s real state agent, who honestly helped me way more than she ever did. Even though I understand I was not her only client, I think she should manage her time better, dedicate enough attention to each client individually, be more engaging with clients, and of course to be more professional on how she handles situations.

The Real Estate agents I was given were phenomenal. Heather Eisenmann and especially Lauren Hermes were great to work with. From the very start they were there for me and helped me find the exact home I was looking for. Lauren ended up doing her research and finding me the home I wanted before it ever hit the market. On her end, of finding me a house, she made it enjoyable and easy. She made sure I was put first and never hesitated to keep me updated, all while pushing Joe to keep the process from stalling. Of all the realtors I've worked with I have never had someone so dedicated to the customer and passionate about their job. I will definitely be using them in the future to make more purchases, as well as recommending them to anyone moving to Clarksville TN.

Above and Beyond. I am grateful that Chad was my real estate agent during my first-time buying experience. I was very nervous but also excited and Chad willingly drove around Maryland with me to find a house. Every question, he answered and if he didn't know, inquired and responded within less than 24 hours. I needed to move asap and Chad contacted my Congessman on my behalf to expedite the process. He even got my 10 year smoke detectors installed for extra peace of mind. As a veteran with 100% PTSD, I couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience given from Real Estae Agent. Above and Beyond. I give Chad 11.

Rikki and Coral are such sweethearts! They made our home searching experience so easy and hassle free. They worked hard on finding homes like the one we wanted. Rikki was also very helpful with the loan process by working with Josh as a team. I'm forever grateful!
