My realtor, Mark, was absolutely awesome. Mark was prior service and had dealt with VU and VA loans numerous times. He went out of his way to set time aside during a pandemic to go through numerous houses with me to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. When I did find homes online that I needed more information on, Mark was readily available to tour the homes and give me his unfiltered review. Without Mark, I would not have felt comfortable buying a home without seeing it first.

William Davis from ReMax Nexus in Spokane is Awesome. Through the whole process of living in Denver and moving to Spokane he was there for us when it was needed. I'm really thankful for him. If looking for a home in the Spokane area he is your man. He knows the area and neighbor hoods. He also knows Veterans United Home Loans loan process well. He did this during the Covid-19 shut downs.

We made a last minute decision to drive to Arizona from California for a house hunt. We literally gave Pam less than 24 hrs notice that we were coming. She jumped right in, got things lined up for us, and we made an offer (the house we ended up buying) the first day. She still took us to look at “back-ups” just in case. Our planned week of house hunting was done in two days.
