The realtor I had at first was great. He responded quickly to questions, he was informative, and he actually helped me look for houses. Unfortunately, I didn’t work with him too long because he pawned me off to his son Brandon. Brandon was terrible at providing information. He would take forever to get back to me when I had a question, and he didn’t look for a single house for me. I had to do all of the research myself and half the time when I found a house I liked, would ask him to schedule a showing, he wouldn’t respond, then I would have to send it to him 2-3 more times for him to respond. By that time the house would already be under contract. He never did his due diligence to see if the sellers I purchased my home from actually fixed what we asked them to fix prior to closing on the house aka the mold that’s in my basement that was supposed to be taken care of prior to closing. He sent me an email from them stating it was taken care of, however, come move in day there it was. I don’t know if his workload was too much for him to handle, if he was lazy, or just flat out is terrible at his job but I can promise he is the sole reason I will never go through/recommend Veterans United for a home loan to anyone. In fact, I tell my military counterparts who are thinking about buying a home, to not use the VA loan. I understand I could have requested another realtor so it is partly on me. However, I just kept thinking to myself, “Maybe he’ll get his head out of his ass eventually.” I guess that’s my fault for giving people the benefit of the doubt.

Brian Foote is a well experienced agent with a humble and kind personality. From day zero to the day we found our lovely home, Brian has been consistently guiding and supporting us through all the required process of home buying. As first home buyers, we struggled to understand and follow up the process on our end due to multiple stages of home buying and intense work schedule. To be specific, he managed to fit in our schedule and made it work. Brian never left us uninformed but always checking on us to make sure we stay ahead of the process. I cannot say enough good about Lance Tomar, our RE Agent. He took on a difficult job finding just the right property for us when we were not even there most of the time, but rather half-way across the country. He has taken care of absolutely anything and everything that needed attention along the way, from digging up properties for us or our daughter to view, down to mowing and watering our grass and dropping off the keys to our daughter in our absence after closing. He is simply the best customer care professional that I have ever experienced in my adult life. From our first conversation over nine months ago, clear through to the very last details of the completed transaction, Lance was a complete rock star.

Julio Rios was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. James Burton was incredible! He gave great advice to my husband and I as first time buyers and made everything go so smoothly. And he even gave advice for things we could do to improve our home once it was ours. He was on top of everything and I never felt like I had to track him down for answers because he usually answered my questions before I could even ask!

I cannot thank Laura enough for the hard work and extra effort to make things happen. responses almost instantaneous and updates coming in as soon as she got them... sometimes as late as 10pm which i really appreciated. This would not have happened as well as it did without her. Best realtor ever!

Terry Bradley was our agent and by far I have never met another agent so personable and client centered. Any questions or concerns she was readily available. In the early stages of escrow she would call to check in and say “hi.” Her attention to detail is so on point. Give this lady a raise!
