Jim was excellent. We made a trip to Florida to start our house hunting and met Jim. We spent the balance of two days with him while he was getting to know us and what we wanted in a house. After those two days he had it down. We continued our search with Jim from NC. He was fantastic about knowing what we wanted and what was important to us. We welcomed any recommendations he had. He kept us pointed in the right direction and was always available for us. He was responsive each and every time we reached out to him. He provided video of houses we were interested in and gave explanations about the condition and those items we weren't familiar with. Jim was a huge asset in our search for the right house.

He will answer all of your questions make time for you and fully comprehensive in regards of getting any and all of your paper work. If you need extra time he gives it to you and over all the company doesn't feel like they are trying to sell you something rather they make you understand what you are getting yourself into and let you take your time in buying your home rather then calling you back to back trying to get you on a contract!
