Our realtor was quick to respond and diligent in assisting with seeing houses we were interested in. However, for a service member going through the buying process overseas, the effort by our realtor in communicating with us and providing us information and updates was severely lacking. Consistently we needed to reach out and ask for the status of our requests rather than getting updates in a reasonable amount of time.

He was nice and kind of helpful but he did not seem to want to fight for us to get things fixed or prices reduced. He could work on communication especially with new home buyers.

Veterans United referred a real estate agent that knows Veteran's benefits/loans. It was nice to have someone who knows and understands the VA home buying process because he was also a Veteran himself.
Connor Sheets was exceptional to work with. He went above and beyond to show us properties. We appreciated his time and knowledge. Connor always gave us insight on how the whole process worked. He was a pleasure to work with and we definitely recommend him.

Kimbler Gaston was an amazing person to look for homes with. She had great input about each home, and was always on time at our appointments. Also, She was always helpful with any questions I had, and really listened to what I was looking for. She knows the area and her job very well and was just a joy to be around. I would not have been able to find the home I did, without her.

Ms. Molly Obannion of Sinclair Real Estate in Portsmouth Ohio was the only agent of 4 I contacted that actually returned my calls, or was willing to work with me in the area of the state I wanted to buy in. I would strongly recommend she be given as a sales representative to others in the future.
