Mike Steichen was the worst realtor we have ever had. He rarely showed up, was never on time once even to show us houses. We nearly fired him as he sold our house as well and he never even showed it, other realtors did. He didn’t return phone calls, replied to emails once in a while and I had to track him down with call after call after call. Then when he did call, he pretended he was the one calling me instead of returning my call from my dozen emails and voicemails. He ordered the water test after the ten day time we stipulated, then only ordered part of it, then had to re do the lead test again. He never told us that the well test was approved, never told us the septic test got done till I asked the day before the closing date three weeks late. He didn’t follow up with a single detail needed for the close. Then he avoided me and never even showed up to the close. Didn’t tell us when the close was or where then CCd us in on an email to the lender when to go. When we ended up homeless because of his incompetence, he threw us at friends of ours who happened to be his former customers and next door neighbors, flippantly saying they are good people you will be fine, and didn’t call for days on end. When we forgot clothes at our last house instead of coming to the door, he put it on my daughters car instead of coming to the door. Has no manners and even the lawyer who made the closing complained about him. He kept blaming everyone else for the issues and Covid and I even watched him lie to our seller about closing the next day after I told him the closing was delayed because he didn’t turn in papers on time earlier that day. He still told her we were. Then later that day called me and told me it would be three more days. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The guy they recommended for us didn’t have time for our schedule so we ended up finding someone else then the guy they recommended was upset that we went with someone else.

Super helpful and responsive, very flexible considering COVID-19 complications and moving areas in the middle of our search. Once we found a home to close on that an offer was accepted for she was very responsive to things we needed to do during the due diligence period and made sure I had all of the info I needed to get things done and kept me informed. Any questions I had she answered well or knew who to get in touch with to find an answer and did so in a very efficient manner.

Our real estate agent was fantastic! She always responded to calls or texts and was very quick to answer! She was transparent with us about everything and broke things down when needed and really made the home buying experience that much easier! She was awesome!

Sandra was absolutely AWESOME! Always able to contact her. She answered phone calls texts and emails promptly! Since we had a brother-in-law there to be our eyes, she was accommodating with hus work schedule. I can not say enough GREAT things about her!!!!
