The only critique I have is with the realtor suggested to me. I continuously had to prompt her for taskers in order to close on time.

I would not recommend her to any one. She was not helpful. When i calked her for help getting the keys to my new house she would not bring them knowing we were coning from out of town. She just seemed to be in it for a pay check. Very poor service.

Nallita S. was Amazing, Her devoted service was second to none and made us feel that she cares about developing a long-term relationship that meant more than just making a sale of a home. Her professionalism along with the patience and dedication shown have made her apart of our family for life. The experience with her was not a business venture, it was more along the lines of a heartfelt journey with a family member who put our well being first. Sandy Bowman was an excellent realtor. I've already recommended her to friends/family that are looking to purchase a home in the near future, and would absolutely call her again for my future needs. She was very open and understanding to our needs and completely knowledgeable in the areas in which we looked. She expressed extreme patience during the Covid-19 pandemic and was available to continue our search immediately when asked.
