Char was an angel, if not for her I truly believe that if not for her we would not have gotten our new home. She dealt with every problem and fixed it quickly. She was always reassuring and professional. Jared Burke put Char in totally unfair and inappropriate situations and she dealt with them and fixed them and got us our new home. Char is a true credit to her job and deserves more than she got for assisting us with Jared.
