Weak and I would not recommend her to anyone. She is only good to let you into the home to look at, I guess that means something but ?
Case in point, at closing I was given the keys to my new home but told that my realtor would contact me when the funds were approved by VU. Well, I even texted her an hour after to close to let me know, nothing but crickets and definitely not service after the sale.

Sheryl & Randy Chambers were truly a joy to work with. They scheduled home viewings on short notice...due to the extreme market conditions, homes in our area were moving fast, so we needed to act fast. They listened to our wants/needs and recommended ONLY those we'd consider. They were absolutely great with all our questions and took the extra time to ensure our comfort level was satisfied before we ever moved on to another location. They kept us informed of all the inspections, etc and even covered the additional unexpected cost of a sewer inspection when the price quoted changed. I've worked with agents in the past that were good...these two...the best I've experienced or even heard of!This team is definitely one I would recommend to someone in this area looking to purchase a home.

My agent has been absolutely fantastic. We have communicated back and forth long distance for several months. She has always been quick to respond, 7 days a week, at all hours of the day. She was knowledgeable and helped answer many of my questions that I had as a first time buyer. Since I am away with the Military, she has accomadated me by allowing a close friend to stand in my place for home visits. She has communicated effectively with me, sellers, agents, and my loan team. As a whole, between my agent and my loan team I never would have imaged this process being so smooth and easy.
