It is hard to assign a numerical value as we are still working with the agent on selling our condo that is why I did not rate a ten. If we are only talking about the Veteran's loan process I would rate a ten. Numerical value will probably change when we finish the sale of our condo. Realtor definitely provided good sound advice and is a pleasure to work with. He has an excellent understanding of the market and we trust his advice/guidance.

I feel she could have pushed for things to be done sooner. We've closed and still having things installed from builder that could have been done the week before closing.

Lisa Reynolds was an amazing agent. She was very familiar with the VA loan process and Veteran's United. Her keen eye allows her to find the nuggets of positive in any property but does not let buyers fall to whims. She pairs you with a property that is right for you and is hard charging through the process. I would recommend your company make her your number one realtor of choice for VA recommended realtors in this area. She is as dedicated as Mark and makes you feel like you are her only client.
