I am a first time home buyer and Cynthia was able to ask the questions that I didn't know what to ask. She also kept me updated via text when messages was sent if I didn't see my email. She also was there with me at closing which elevated some stress because only the buyer and title agent could be in the room at closing due to COVID. Hence, I'm grateful for that.

My agent didn’t help with any part of the process. I found my own house. I stayed in contact with the builder. Did all my inspections without the agent. Then she called the day before my closing and said she couldn’t make it. She shouldn’t get any commission. She didn’t do any work

Meghan and her team referred us to Lindsay Daher in Santa Rosa. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lindsay. Like Meghan, Lindsay was incredibly patient with all of our questions. She listened to everything we wanted in a house and she provided excellent guidance throughout the process. She was quick to respond to any emails or texts and was always positive, professional, and wonderful to work with. We could not have gotten this done as quickly or as happily without her and her expert knowledge on negotiations, how to navigate the title process, etc. She totally understands the VA Loan process and we are so thankful we were referred to her!

When I requested to use one of Veteran United's network real estate agents, the loan team recommended Don Perrin. Their words were "he is the best agent we work with." I'm glad to say they were spot on. Don did an amazing job in explaining the area we were moving into and he helped us find our perfect home! Don will the first agent I'll recommend for anyone moving the D.C. area.

What to say...? Susie was above and beyond. Our criteria was tough but she not only found us the perfect home, she found us 2 perfect homes. Our only decision was Eastside or Westside. I will personally recommend her to any one looking to purchase a home.
