Rachela Lack was all the things I need it in a realtor coming from New York: professionalism, communication and work. I was pretty decisive on the type of home I wanted and where I wanted it; but my agent provided me with additional information that I did not take into account. She was able to walk me through this first time single-family home buying experience, and all from different states. Closing can cause a lot of anxiety. It depends on a lot of people and you are sitting and waiting. Even during this time, when I was not sure if anything was going on, my agent was working behind the scenes making sure that we landed on a home that I wanted for me and my family. I can't say enough kind words about Alicia. During our year long journey to purchase our home, she remained available and very responsive even though we were very indecisive and inconsistent in our communication. Mike has been, and still is, a HUGE asset to this homebuying experience. He was always willing to help with anything I needed regardless of time of day or weekends. When my girlfriend had to go tour homes in my stead due to my training, he was right there to tour with her. He always had paperwork squared away, appointments scheduled, and advice to give every step of the way. I cannot recommend Mike more, he's been an absolutely incredible asset.
