I cannot begin to brag on how much our realtor, Ana Tann, is the best realtor out there. She is very attentive, caring and helpful. Ana made our experience as first time homebuyers everything my family and I could imagine it to be. There were no hiccups from day one and if we were to do this over again, we would want no one other than Jamie Hughes and Ana Tann.

Okay service as I still did get a house. First impression wasn’t the best. Not very Punctual. Signed for my house On the 2nd of June and still currently waiting for a set of keys to get into my garage. I wish I wasn’t so nice/understanding at times.

We were very impressed with Ms. Veronica Ortega. As our buyer's agent, we told her what we wanted, and she provided appropriate listings without trying to sell us something we didn't want. Once we selected a house, she help negotiate that best deal. She understood the position of the seller, and was able to negotiate a fair price, balance of fee payments, and pre-sale maintenance. Ours was a VA loan, and Ms. Ortega knew what the VA would and would not allow. When the VA inspector reviewed the property, there were no negative findings. With Ms. Ortega as our agent, we never felt the need for an attorney to ensure we got a fair deal.I would strongly recommend this realtor as a buyer's agent.
