My agent, Jeffrey Craven, was fantastic. I was not able to visit the homes I was interested in buying, but he made sure to visit each home for me and even provided videos of those homes. He was very knowledgeable on the closing process, from putting in home offers to the appraisals and all the way to closing day. There were moments where new homes were listed infrequently, but Jeff made sure to check in with my family to ensure I knew how to navigate the fluctuating supply and demand of homes. Jeff is awesome and I'd love to have an agent like him every time I buy a home.

Rachel helped us find the perfect home, even being across the country and with the pandemic. She helped assure that we got the house in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful at finding the best way to set up our utilities for our home and even gave recommendations for lawn care, since we are not going to be able to be in our new home for a number of weeks. She was amazing to work with.

Carlene Gragg was great. Although there was a considerable snafu near the end of the process Carlene went above and beyond to resolve the issue - and, to be honest, both agents were at fault, she was just the one who resolved the issue.

Our buyer's agent was a local agent who was affiliated with Veterans United Realty. She was okay, not terrible, but not great either. There were a couple of times I would have liked more interaction with her, but I didn't ask or press this, so that's on me.

Patty was wonderful when working with my wife Morgan and I. At anytime time of the day she took our calls and texts while responding very fast and professionally. Patty was always looking out for us and our future. At no point in time did she look at us as juts another client or paycheck. My wife and I are honestly quite sad we wont be able to work with Patty for a couple of more years. I will with out a doubt recommend Patty to any one who is in search of a house or who is ready to sell.
