I first spoke with my agent about a month before I even applied to VU. The reason I decided to go with Lynn Holt was because of her friendly spirit. I had questions about my rental management office. Instead of trying to answer a question that she didn't have an answer, she pointed me in the direction I needed to be in, and then offered to help me when she had no idea who I was. Long story short, I felt comfortable talking with her. So when I finally got my pre-approval letter, she was my first choice as MY AGENT!!!!!!

Kathy was great. She knew the ends and outs of both sides of the transaction. As the buyers agent she advised me on what was a good deal and communicated it clearly. Taking from her experience as a sellers agent she predicted the areas and questions that would require extra attention.

Cheryl is a joy to work with. She definitely handles business. She was there every time I contacted her, and is absolutely one to flow with you. It doesn’t take her long to read you and knows where to help you find what you want! She never rushed me or pushed me. I have a very limited schedule and she always made it work. I’m going to recommend her to anyone that tells me they’re looking for sure.
