I started with Valerie and she was very knowledgeable about the entire process. She was able to sit down and explain the process as well as answer any of our questions. We were then passed on to a member of her team that worked mostly in the area that we were looking. Andrea was incredibly nice and was initially very responsive. As time went on after we made the initial offer on a house, it felt like we began getting less responses and had to reach out more in order to get questions answered. There were no discussion upon meeting of how or when to expect responses or communication from Andrea (ie not after a certain time of day, not on Sundays, etc) so this is partially my fault, but towards the end of our DD period, we could not get in touch or a response from Andrea for a few days. We ended up reaching out to Valerie due to time being of the essence, only to find out that Andrea was on vacation. This was upsetting because had we known that she wouldn't be around as much, we could have worked this into our planning and expectations. Andrea was knowledgeable, and though she didn't always know the right answer to our questions right away, she would find out and then get back to us. There were some instances that I did not feel like I had an adequate amount of guidance since this was our first time buying a home and going through this process. I'm giving a 10/10 because I do feel that overall things went okay and I am happy that everything worked out with purchasing my first home. I'm thankful for the help that was provided by the real estate agent.

From the very beginning Laura listened to the criteria for houses that I was looking for and more often than not we would find the same houses when looking separately. Housing is hot in most markets right now and though made an offer on several houses but did not hold the winning bid for any of them. By luck the financing for one of the houses fell through for the original bidders and the listing agent reached out to Laura to see if I was still interested in making an offer. Laura wasted no time in reaching out to me and rallied other members of the team so we could get put in our original offer which was accepted. Had we not had such a quick turnaround I would still most likely be looking for a home so I'm extremely grateful for Laura's hard work and persistence.

Angie Koehle, of the Panozzo Team, was a superb professional in every aspect of the home buying process. We found the right house on the first day and we went smoothly into contract. Angie's follow-up was the best I have ever seen, she was on every issue. The entire process went smoothly. We invariably followed her advice at every step in the process. If we have a future opportunity, we would use her again.

Michele Wilson was true blessing to me and my wife. The first day we met with Michele. We liked her positive attitude, outstanding people skills and fantastic personality. My wife and I simply enjoyed having Michele as our Real Estate Agent. Overall Michele loved having her as our realtor and she’s an awesome realtor. There’s no doubt we will be recommending people to her.

Randy, my real estate agent, was a blessing in disguise. John set me up with Randy after asking if I was interested in a real estate agent and he couldn’t have selected a better agent for me! Randy helped me select my property, aided in choosing my interior pieces, and was there the day I signed my loan paperwork. Thank you John for introducing me to Randy.

I would highly recommend Kim McCabe to anyone in her service area. She is professional and kept in touch with me throughout the home buying process. Its been a crazy year to relocate from one state to another, and though it all, Kim ensured things ran a smoothly as possible.

Mark was awesome. He was very on it with things, responded quickly. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on how things worked and how to best help us through the home buying process. Mark was extremely friendly and felt like talking to a friend. I highly recommend.

I am so grateful that Veterans United appointed Rafael Corrada as my Real Estate Agent. Rafael was available at all times to answer any questions and showed me many excellent properties. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him to my friends and family.
