Bryan was excellent but his assistant Peggy gave me some issues. I couldn’t tell who she was aligned with at times. I wanted to shift my closing date one day because I couldn’t close on a Sunday. She told me that I was going to lose the home if I shifted it one day. She was trying to force me to close prior to closing date which would have been bad because they had a hurricane anyways.

Lack of communication, basically didn’t do anything other than show us the house and get the sellers to agree on a price. She mentally checked out of our housing process when the sellers wouldn’t give her the amount of commission she was wanting. Highly wouldn’t recommend to Veterans.

Was always on top of the home we were interested, staying flexible showing us the home thru video calls answering all our questions. Was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. If it wasn't for Aaron I think we wouldn't got the house we wanted. Definitely will use Aaron Johnson again or recommend to a friend. Thanks Aaron.

Our real estate agent was straight to the point and very quick to communicate with both us and the seller's agent throughout the entire process. He made the home buying process very easy for us. The only reason that I gave him less than a 10 was because we are first time home buyers and would have liked if he offered more information about the process as we are new to it. I did do a lot of my own research though and everything lined up well with the service we received.
