Our real estate agent, David M. (Mike) Greenlee at Old Fences Realty was terrible. We ended up communicating with and closing the house with the sellers agent, Jennifer Board-Nichols and Board-DePue Realty. She assisted us and communicated anything we needed.

Roger made me feel comfortable with the process. He is very patient and easy going. Sometimes I had more fight than him, as I leaned in the process that I am more assertive and aggressive when it comes to business than him. This lack of assertiveness cost him to accept less than half of the commission he was supposed to get and that makes me sad. He deserved that and more as he was the one who worked the deal. Overall, I would recommend him.

I would recommend my agent to anyone time after time. My agent is very knowledgeable beyond just real estate. My agent demonstrated his knowledge of real estate, local codes, structural soundness of homes, and the guidelines of a VA loan. I experienced how my agent stands up for and protects his clients, takes time to get to know them and what they like, and truly invests himself into his clients.

It was amazing working with Hector and Alyssa. Their team work made the dream work! They are quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were fast to get answers about specific properties. They followed up constantly and they think of the little details. They are dedicated to work late and ensured things were taken care of before the end of the day. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
