Kathy is a great real estate agent that is extremely flexibility, responsive, and advocates for her clients.Throughout our time with her, she was available anytime of the day, any day of the week. My wife and I works really odd days and times, but that did not stop Kathy from being available either through scheduling tours or text/calls. If you want an agent that is extremely flexible, you’ll want Kathy.There were many times Kathy advocated for us and provided her years of real estate knowledge to make sure we made the right decision. There was a beautiful home that we were interested in but she questioned why it was so was expensive compared to other homes in the area and why it was on the market for so long. If you want an agent that genuinely cares what is best for you, you’ll want kathy.

Julie has been an absolute gem to work with. She is extremely attentive and detail focused. We were very particular when it came to looking at homes. Julie was incredible as we looked from property to property and nitpicked every deficiency we found. She kept a note of everything and helped us refine our search that ultimately resulted in us finding our perfect home. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Julie can expect nothing less than excellence.

Deborah Cavaliere was an outstanding person, no effort was ever too much, no search ever to far and was always there to council or advise. She also answered many questions and was ready to always schedule where we wanted to go, searching out the homes she thought we would like. I cannot think there could have been anyone better. As I said I was gifted with the dream team, the angels were watching over me.

Outstanding realtor
She knew what type of house we liked.
Always on top of things that needed to be done.
Communication was excellent.
She even visited with us at our new place on Wednesday July 15.
