Phil was phenomenal.He was always in contact when we needed him to be.He went out of his way to help us out even when it felt like he didn't need to.It didn't feel like he was trying to pressure us into getting a place that wasn't a right fit and to top he off he was just a generally cool guy.I don't think it'd be possible to find a better real estate agent and I'd recommend him to anyone.

I browsed listings I was interested in, and narrowed down the ones I wanted to see in person. I notified Malinda and she made the appointments. We met and toured the various properties. Malinda advised on "best input" for a successful contract (some sellers were just not willing to work with buyers).
