Our real estate agent was straight to the point and very quick to communicate with both us and the seller's agent throughout the entire process. He made the home buying process very easy for us. The only reason that I gave him less than a 10 was because we are first time home buyers and would have liked if he offered more information about the process as we are new to it. I did do a lot of my own research though and everything lined up well with the service we received.

My Real Estate Agent and Team was AMAZING beyond amazing. They heard my desires and every house they showed me meet those very desires. I was surprised by the attention to detail this TEAM offered. I was a little hesitant because I didn’t know them. But after first week of conversation, I was impressed and warmed and felt I could speak my desires and concerns easily. Her tram was friendly, warm, professionally and prompt with every detail. They were honest when honesty needed to be spoken.
My schedule was tight. I had just moved from overseas, started working COVID style (remotely), living with a friend and they worked around my schedule. I worked after 10pm and weekends. They worked in between to get me what I needed so when I could work on looking at house the sources were there. I had two weekends to find a home - not house but home. And they worked with me and my desires. We put an offer out Oct 4 and closed Nov 9. Everything was ready by November 2. I’m impressed by this realty team and loan team for being so effective.

We have purchased many homes in our American dream I have even made home purchases without an agent. Michelle was great and protected our interest and knew we had to get this done in a short amount of time. She communicated well I wish I had used her in my first home purchase as she is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever met. Thank Michelle you made this happen in the timeframe requested not to sure how you did it great job.

Stephanie was an excellent realtor, she was very knowable about what VU would be looking at house and what would be red flagged. She was really honest and took our interest on what kind of house we were looking for. She was the perfect realtor for us, She was always there for us no matter the question we asked her. She either knew the answer or she went and found it that day.

Jim Fiorini is an outstanding real estate agent that was helpful from start to finish. He went out of his way to help me find things I needed for my house (Washer/drier, refrigerator.). It was a legitimate pleasure to work with him, and I’d be happy to do it again in the future.
