There was a bit of lack of communication during normal business hours. When we said we wanted our concerns addressed after the home inspection, it was ignored because “the home was desireable”. As far as we know, no contact was made to attempt to resolve the issues.

This is our first home buying experience but let us tell you, Andy was the best-of-the-best! He truly cared for every concern we had at any given moment during the entire experience. No matter any issue, he was on top of it with his fullest attention. If anyone we know decides to buy a house in New York State, he is getting our 100% recommendation. Cindy was amazing. She set up auto notifications for houses right off the bat. She made it a priority to spend a week with me since I was relocating 600 miles. We viewed houses all day for a few days and she was great organizing how we viewed so we weren't driving back and forth. She even got us in on last minute houses my wife found on zillow. She was my liason when I had questions regarding this whole process so again, very thankfull she was part of the team

Shellie Keever was amazing! She really new her stuff when it came to VA loans and was able to guide and direct us every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect and what we needed to do but Shellie was right there for us always.
She worked after hours and weekends and was available around the clock to answer our questions.

Stephanie was really great with getting me listings and was available anytime to do showings which made the experience really easy. I dont work conventional hours so I was very appreciative of her flexibility. She also had a lot of knowledge on things to look for when walking through houses and things that might be potential issues in the future.
