We were recommended the agent through Veterans United and given Adina. From the start of the process she was such a joy to work with. She treated us and made us feel like family and offered her opinion on tough chooses to make the entire home search very rewarding and stress free. She was always there no matter the time and was able to answer or find the answer to the questions that we had. Couldn't be more grateful to hve had this whole team to work with.

I really enjoyed working with Eric Russell. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very disappointed that neither Veterans United nor Chicago Title Company informed Eric of the date and time for the closing. I believe Eric would have identified the mistakes Chicago Title made on the closing documents that led to confusion and upset people.
