I felt like she didn't quite grasp our "home style" and we looked at a lot of houses in the beginning which was exhausting. She seemed dismissive of some of our ideas and concerns and I think she could have advocated for us more during the offer process, but once we were under contract, she was on top of everything and the closing went well.

Bill. If there was one weak link in our process it was him. He wouldn’t communicate with us, would take a long time to respond to emails, up to a week before we would just reach out again. Now this isn’t anything against Kody and his team because if it wasn’t for him who knows what could have happened. But I would not recommend Bill to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service, she cleared up confusion I had from questions coming up with buying my house, she went out of her way to explain things in a way that I understood, and she was very knowledgeable in what she does. She was so friendly and encouraging as well, I felt like I could trust her completely with helping guide me through the process. I'd recommend her to everyone hands down.
