On multiple occasions I had to call my realtor and ask if he had something or if he had sent something in. Anytime I was to get something in, I was the one working and calling him to get it turned in. I wouldn’t recommend recommending him to others in my area.

Our real estate agent had very little communication with us. The only time we communicated was when I reached out. She seemed annoyed anytime we had a question. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself. Overall, not very happy with her services.

Irv was great in all aspects of the loan. He was a friend. on our first phone call, he guided me thru the loan. like A very professional realtor should made it known that I was in charge from the very start to the end.Any thing I needed he was on it I would call he was waiting for the call and already new the answer to my problem. He made it clear he was there for the veteran. all the way till he gave me the key which was m y special moment. I can not thank Veterans United. enough but Irv was the key to. my keys for sure I can't make the cowboys win the super bowl because Bucs are going to but Irv will always be my friend and Realtor if needed and any one that needs I will recommend. thank you so much. I got matched with an agent who is also a Marine.That made our communication feel more natural for me. Dustin Obermeyer had that attention to detail that I really appreciate in another person. Above all else, out of 4 previous realtors I had worked with who I had to let go, Dustin never had me feeling like my goals were unheard. He found a good place for me and really gauged well what I was looking for and what my expectations were for a home. I never felt like I was just a potential payday for him.Mr. Obermeyer is very professional, kind and I'll say again, detail oriented. I have already referred another veteran friend of mine to him. When the time comes for me to buy or sell property in the future, I will be looking to contact Dustin first.

Jeramie McLaughlin has been a tremendous help during our hone search process. We started to view jones shortly before the pandemic started. And when we could not view homes because of the pandemic Jeramie still stayed in contact with us. He sent us listings on a regular basis, and explained our options. Colleen was awesome! I learned so much about the home buying process from her and she made herself available to me at any time of day to answer questions in general. When my property in contract didn’t appraise she was able to masterfully negotiate terms that both parties were able to agree upon.

Andy was amazing. Knowledgeable and was always willing to explain things I didn’t quite understand. Really flexible schedule which worked well for my night time work schedule. Wold highly recommend and have already done so to a friend.
