Slow to respond. Multiple errors in contract caught. Forgot to get sellers signature for contract amendment until I caught weeks later when requesting multiple times over the course of a week for the contract with all amendments and seller signatures. Did not feel like he was “on my side”. Felt like I had to double check his work and remind him of appointments. Was late to closing.

Sheryl that ended up being our realtor under Nicole Junk was not good at all. She had pretty poor knowledge on most of the houses we viewed and when we finally did find a house she was trying to have us push past safety issues that we were concerned about and would throw out numbers on estimates on things that were going to need to get fixed and wasn't even close to the cost numbers when asked for quotes by multiple contractors.

Brenda Schlipp was our real estate agent. She was awesome. She helped find the perfect home. She used so many resources to locate properties that had fit our personal requests. Brenda would answer (or find the answer) any questions or concerns about property we were interested in. So was so knowledgeable about homes. I would do my own research and would find out that she was "spot on" with her information. She was very trustworthy and super professional. Brenda made home buying a very fun experience. She treated us like family. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Our agent Vid Lopez along with his wife Kirsten Lopez performed admirably in assisting us in reaching our goal of finding a great home.They responded expediently to a plethora of questions we posed to them during our home search. Each listing they provided to us for consideration was well documented in terms of its history as well as tax and price history. We were also able to review disclosure information which aided us in looking at the big picture on a particular property.

Deb is amazing! She did a great job finding places for me to look at with a wide range to start out with and after meeting and talking she was able to find me the best fit even when places were selling faster than you could slap a for sale sign in them. Through every step she made me feel comfortable with the process and answered any questions she had. She is the best realtor I could ask for.

I don't believe I could have been paired with a better agent than Kristen Maguire. She was wonderful and always available for me to contact. She kept me informed about current listings, found the answers for properties I was interested in and was always prompt in contacting me. I couldn't be happier in her friendliness and professionalism. Thank you Kristen!

She takes her job seriously and puts her client at the top of her priority list even if she has many clients she is working with not one client knows that there is another client.
