My agent Bobby Archuleta was outstanding! He is well versed and experienced in the CA market. I can tell he is a real estate veteran, but he is also very personable. He consistently reached out and made sure I understood everything that was going on during this long process. I always felt I was in good hands even from the initial encounter. I wouldn’t even consider utilizing a different agent if I ever decide to sell, rent, or purchase again. I am very satisfied with my experience working with Bobby and his team! 10/10 I had a very positive experience.

Without Devin and the team, it would have been difficult to get the house we wanted. He manages to understand our expectations from the first moment and look for all the possible alternatives according to our need until we get the appropriate one. Thanks for the time invested which was sometimes more than the agreed until we got our new home. If someone needs a realtor this is the right person. Excellent service!

Christina King from Ct Realtor is definitely the best realtor I ever worked with, she listened to what I was looking for and did her research not to waste our time, went and looked at some beautiful homes, she helped guide me through the process, calling me and keeping me well informed, I definitely will be recommending Christina King to anyone I know that is looking to purchase or sell their house.

Could not have asked for a better real estate agent for a first home buy experience. From helping us with the home search, viewing homes and even pointing out issues that would have stalled the inspection and buying process, Tracie Ruffolo was tireless and worked late evenings and weekends keeping our buy process on track to close. In fact, we closed early. NONE BETTER. Period.

Mona was absolutely AMAZING! I gave her a huge bucket list of options that I wanted my first home to have, I never expected her to actually follow through and hit every single one and find my dream/forever home! She was fantastic, even when my patience wore thin, she kept me informed.

Tim and Christina were absolutely amazing. We were nervous about buying site unseen but they went above and beyond to thoroughly review the property, answer any questions and walk us through the process. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a house in the area.

Liz Santore went above and beyond for us the entire process. Liz went out of her way to find out information regarding water, electric, internet etc. Any concern we had Liz ensured it was addressed. After meeting Liz I wouldn’t want any other real estate agent!
