Tim and Athena were very personable through the house hunt process. They were very accessible for setting up tours of homes on several different days. Once we put an offer in, communication dropped off significantly. We had to continually reach out for information/forms due to us. We felt a little more structure would have helped us through the paperwork with less stress. In the closing meeting, we felt a high and dry with little, or sometimes zero, representation in the room with unexpected issues popping up. There were some seemingly routine insurance purchase decisions we were offered and had to make decisions on the spot. It would have been very valuable to have known about that ahead of time so we could do our due diligence in making a decision. Overall, we worked with Tim and Athena well in person and touring homes but the communication from offer-through-closing was one sided.

Honestly, Grabrielle Morlock blew me away. Due to a pandemic, I was forced into a situation where I had to home search online. She was completely accommodating, took countless trips to homes so that i could tour them virtually, and all of this with a smile on her face. Great person, great real estate agent, and I give her the highest praise for working with me, a first time home buyer.

Mike Nielson, (CEO, REMAX Integrity Group) was outstanding! He patiently answered all of our questions with promptness and speed.He actively found properties for us that fit our needs. Mike was always on time to the scheduled appointments to show them to us. Mike was our advocate and he represented us very well and supported our requests and desires.

Words can not express the wonderful support I have with Ms. Gina, Ms. Jayme and the rest of the crew. They were and is so amazing through it all. They kept me calm when things came up and I got through it with the grace of God by my side. Thank you all for everything.

Angie Baird was awesome. She was so helpful with everything we needed, even though we weren't planning on closing as early as we did, that never stopped her from working hard for us and going to to see houses we were curious about and asking all the questions.

My experience with my agent was remarkable. I never missed a deadline to get documents back to her because she would stay in touch through everything. I can’t say anything went wrong but for me it was perfect because I am now in my forever home!!
