I had to constantly ask for invoices to see if work was completed. Not all questions I asked were answered. And finally, I think things could have gone smoother.

If I could give more stars I truly would. I never knew I could grow an attachment to someone in such a short time. Linda Made me feel at ease despite the restrictions due to the pandemic. Our first showing, we were introduced through masks and 6ft distance. Many emails, text messages and even sometimes accidental FaceTime calls, showed her her persistence in making sure I find the home that fits me and my family. She never steered me wrong and always made sure that I knew that my choice is what mattered. She was exceptional and it was bitter sweet that it had to end. Amazing agent.

Ronda was very responsive. I felt like she was really on top of things. She also was quick to respond and update me to any updates and task I needed to complete and even went out of her way to tell me how I needed to do specific things. She never tried to pressure me into doing anything and took the time out to explain why I had to complete specific forms and what they all ment. When I picked homes she would visit the homes for me and Video conference call me while I was in California for walk through purposes. She was perfect in my opinion.

Listened to what I was looking for overall from the beginning and ensured the houses we were looking at contained most, if not all, of the things I wanted in a home. Made very keen observations on my reactions to the houses we went and saw to ensure what she was finding was in line with what I was looking for. Was always very responsive and always followed up very quickly to any questions I had. Overall a joy to work with.

Rich Steffen was absolutely fantastic and we could not have been happier with our experience with him. I can't say enough about Krystal and Brandon Winter. They kept me informed throughout the sale process and were very patient with me, especially with the computer process. Both Krystal and Brandon went out of their way to help me thru this long distance home sale. If it weren't for the Covid I would have given them a big hug on closing day.

Lisa Weslake was so great to work with! She helped us find the perfect home and explained all the processes along the way.
