Home buying in this region is extremely difficult because of a specific combination of low interest rates and a migration of working professionals relocating here to take advantage of a lower cost of living. Homes on the market are being bought up almost immediately. That leaves very little to at least bid on. Jim, our agent, used expertise, business knowledge, and command of this region to locate us a very fine home at our respective price point. Through personal initiative, he succeeded in a very difficult market.

Greg also did an excellent job of explaining the home buying process and the costs associated with it. He gave me an estimate of the closing costs that ended up being spot-on. This helped me plan my finances so I could be ready for closing. He sent me homes daily and there were many available on his website. He represented my interests well when it came to dealing with the seller and he made sure I got the closing date I wanted. He was friendly and knowledgable, I'd recommend Greg to anyone purchasing a home.

Mrs. Donna Cox was awesome!!! She listened to our wishes for a home and showed us properties that were in our range and expectation. Mrs. Cox was ready to show us a property at the drop of a hat and helped us make the right decision financially that would benefit our family now and in the future. Mrs. Cox is the epitome of a professional real estate agent and caring human being! She is forever a part of our family and though we are ecstatic about our home, we will miss seeing her at least once a week!
