I was referred to Kathy Villafane by Veterans United and trusted the referral. Unfortunately, I had a very poor time with her as our realtor. Kathy made buying a house from cross country a horrible experience! We had significant problems reaching her, her voicemail box was full, and we were expected to move across country with her as our realtor. Approximately a month before a new closing we wanted, we let Kathy and her team know we were requesting a new closing date of July 20. Unfortunately, for some reason Kathy did not know about that we wanted to close early. We did not end up closing until August 3rd which was our original date. Anytime we expressed our concerns with Kathy, her response was “I am sorry you feel that way” and left it at that. Multiple times we had an appointment set, and she was atleast 5 minutes late each time. We had massive issues with paperwork getting done prior to our appraisal, and due to that our house didn’t appraise properly to add a fence we had hoped to purchase. The only reason I am giving Kathy a 3 star rating is because she agreed to split the cost of my fence to get me to move in. She also is getting a 3 because her assistant, Sarah is fantastic with paperwork, punctuality and communication. Sarah should be the realtor here!

My realtor, Georgia Morales, was incredible. She helped me find the right house for me during this crazy time in the housing market. She was sweet and thorough with the process, and identified things to look out for when looking at potential homes. Very helpful, and reliable.
