Stephanie was amazing, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. In the beginning we ended up being shown houses that had an immediate appearance of not qualifying for a VA, but would be the only negative thing I could say. Otherwise she was on the ball and informative and guided us through this whole process without issue.

Derek Blhum was the glue that kept everything together. He was always honest and straight forward. He is very knowledgeable in his department. Communication was amazing. John was always positive even when things were rough sometimes, he knows how to read his clients to the point where he would know if we would like a house or not ( he was 100% accurate every time) I would also only recommend John and we have in the past he’s a good man who puts up with tough and picky clients like my wife and I.
