Our agent left out a rent payment after verbally telling us over and over again it was in the contracts. We found out at closing about this payment after we had been advised by Veterans United to move our first payment to 9/1 which now puts us out the rent. He was not present at closing and had a very, very hard time negotiating with the seller's agent or scheduling any of the required walk through or move out dates.

Kasey Singleton, hands down the best real estate ever. She was there for us through everything, especially since we closed on our house virtually. There was no doubt that we were going to get our house we wanted because Kasey was always on top of everything. We trusted her and it has paid off in the end. Starting off we did not think that Casey our realtor was going to be a good fit.As it turns out, he was great, and went out of his way to do what made us happy. Devin and Shelby were fantastic! Shelby on the front end fielded all of my calls and questions and maintained a positive attitude the entire time.
