The sellers agent was a nightmare, and Jeremiah did a great job acting as a buffer throughout the whole process. And that buffer went both ways— I went completely bananas to him at one point out of sheer frustration regarding our close being delayed yet again. He kept encouraging me to get it all out not only for venting purposes, so that he could fully understand and (more tactfully) convey my frustrations. He’s just a nice guy that really cares about putting clients first and getting then into their new homes.

Little slow on the initial paperwork and communication but whenever there was an issue, especially with repairs, he made sure that things were handled and represented my interests very well

In a fast paced market where houses sell the same day or in hours, staying in touch can be difficult. Final house selected for purchase had excelent response times and made the difference.

Ms Sharonda was a nice lady who knew what i wanted she just seemed extremely busy. She was always dealing with other clients or showing other houses. I would always wait on a call back. Luckily I found my house pretty fast.

Although I appreciate that Mrs Almond was patient with me, I felt like I had to ask for information that she should have being proving me upfront. I had to find out we weren’t going to close on time instead of her communicating with the builder and updating me.There was an issue with the paint color and the builder charged 2k to change the color I thought that money was due upfront instead of being added to the the purchase price. If I had known I would have my house painted the color I wanted instead of having to do so after the fact.

She was very good at her job , but when all was said and done there wasn`t a nice working with you or good luck with your new house kind of felt like I was just another sale

Melissa Taylor was our real estate agent. We 'clicked' right away. She presented us properties to give us an idea of what was available, which helped us decide what we wanted in a house. Melissa also made sure we understood the process, was able to connect us to community resources, and she did an awesome job with some of the 'behind the scenes' work.

Our Real Estate Agent Eric Coulter did an outstanding job helping us with our home selection process. We are out of state and he would drive out to the house and take pictures/videos of the house being built. He relayed any questions/concerns/wants to the builders and responded quickly.

We could not have asked for a better agent. Jennifer was always there for us and worked hard to make sure we found the right home. Then she stuck with us to make sure the loan process was completed by our closing date. We just can't say enough good things about her.

Pinyo is amazing! He was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to help us. He made home buying less stressful considering we are also trying to PCS from overseas through COVID times. He was a true advocate for what we wanted.
