She was very attentive and showed is everything in the house including under sinks, and behind the toilets. We were doing video walkthroughs as we live out of state and everything went real smooth.

Kathy with 21 Cent was on a mission to get me a house not letting me look at a Lemon. Even if i liked the house she would tell me that it would not pass inspection or what it would cost to fix the house to get it up to code. She was a very hard worker and she was the best person she is always going to be my friend and i am happy she helped me through all of this.

This was my first house and I couldn’t have gotten a better realtor. Wade does such a great job, he’s very knowledgeable and was great to work with. We were able to find and close on a house in the middle of a pandemic and crazy market/seller. I am so thankful for everything he did!
