He fumbled every possible opportunity he could down in the stretch. Daniel had no empathy and didn't realize the extent of how serious our situation was. He seemed lazy at times and constantly lied and refused to follow up with the listing agent when we asked multiple times. He and the Attorney was unaware about the EAV in Illinois and as a result we almost lost our home. The Real Estate Attorney that he referred also moved at their own paste and while working with them my family almost ended up homeless because they were recklessly unaware of Illinois regulations. My wife and I started doing there job basically. We had already found the home we wanted we just needed the Realtor because its Law. My wife with her due diligence and common sense was able to do and get everything we needed to close on the property. If I could sum up our experience with him and the attorney it would be HELL!

Outstanding experience! John and Leslie make a dream team that made buying a home an easy, pleasurable endeavor. John helped us shape the idea of what our home-buying needs were. Once the expectations were set, we only needed to look at a few houses to find the one we were looking for. I really appreciate John’s candor, and helping me dispel several misconceptions. He has a deep-seated knowledge of real estate and construction. He comes from a family of contractors, so he was able to point out any issues with the houses we viewed. Then there’s Leslie! When we went under contract, she really came alive. Every aspect of the purchasing process was clearly delineated and handled with expert grace. I was never left wondering what was going on; she always kept me abreast of the situation. There was no need to continually call and get updates. She touched base all the time and set my mind at ease. I was able to set back and let the experts handle everything, which I sincerely appreciate. Loved working with this dream team! We’ll never use anybody else.

We had absolute faith in BJ. She is a top notch negotiator and got us perks in the contract we didn't even think about asking for.
We never would have found her if it weren't for Veterans United.
She is always available for questions and is honest and above board in her dealings with us.

Angie Baird was great! Extremely patient. She listened well to what we were looking for. She learned about our furniture and belongings to help us with placement and making sure items would fit (and was honest when layouts were not favorable to our family).
