He is a nice enough person, we just didn’t click that well. He seemed to speak down to us, although I think he was trying to be helpful. It felt like he didn’t value our choices- or at least agree with them- although he would eventually do what we wanted. In the end, everything worked out the way we wanted.

I will be honest and state I was a bit leary of having VU select my Realtor but I am glad that VU linked me with Carol Borman. Carol was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable of the VA home buying process. I feel other veterans and their spouses would feel very comfortable and confident in their home buying journey with Carol.Carol was amazing navigating us through the height of the COVID Pandemic and not only looked out for our safety but the safety of the persons living in the home by ensuring we had gloves and mask on to include respecting the homeowners wishes of having the realtor open every door and cabinet which Carol absolutely did.

Janice was great to work with. She spent many hours eliminating homes for us. Being an out of state buyer, we had to depend on her knowledge and expertise. Especially due to my brother being 100% disabled. We had to have specific things and or the ability to change things.We were not the lowest bidder for the house, however Janice was able to give us great advise

Joell Hildebrand (Key Realty) was fantastic! There are no words to describe how patient and caring she was throughout the entire process. We never felt taken for granted or taken advantage of. My agent that l bought my home with was fantastic. V.U. first assigned an agent that just would not workout, and not helpful at all. I truly think he has ill intent toward veterans....supplied little or NO information.
