Our veterans United appointed real estate was not only completely useless when we finally contacted him after waiting nearly a month to hear from him he simply said he was waiting on us to call him. Then he told us that “we needed to pick a house and that he would show it to us” not once did he ask us one single detail about what we were looking for what we needed our price range nothing. Then at one point he was very rude to my wife on the phone. Not to mention he was located nearly an hour and a half from us.

My real estate agent Patti Martinez was also amazing. She was very professional. She handled everything for me and made sure that things went smoothly. She even went over additional information with me that she didn’t have too. She wanted to make my experience a very positive one and it was. Patti was great!

Lisa was incredible! We only had a minor hiccup during our experience together, and she quickly resolved it. She went to bat for us many times, gave us support when it was needed, and truly went above and beyond her duties as our realtor. We couldn't have asked for anyone better!
